Lowlife Throws His Dog Out In Traffic Which Got Hit By Two Cars

Can you even imagine someone doing something like that to their dog? Well that’s what a lowlife named Doyle Brandon Scroggin did to poor his dog in Greenbier, AR.

Now this bum is being charged with felony cruelty to animals along with a few other charges. Luckily his dog Peyton is recuperating with the help of the Greenbrier Animal Hospital.
